Asian Hmong Alliance

Welcome to Walser's Asian Hmong Alliance (AHA)! Established in 2023, AHA is Walser’s third official Employee Resource Group (ERG). It was inspired by a single employee’s request to co-sponsor a local Hmong community event, underscoring the need to increase visibility and support for Walser’s growing Asian and Hmong employee population.

AHA is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of Walser’s Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Hmong (AAPIH) employees.

Go deeper: The group fosters personal and professional growth through annual events, volunteer opportunities, and collaboration with other Walser ERGs.

Additionally, AHA advocates for policies and practices that impact AAPIH employees, bringing these important topics to the attention of Walser’s senior leadership.
