Should I join as an ERG Lead or an ERG Member?

✨ ERG Leads take the lead in shaping the group. They help launch the Circle, start and guide discussions, keep the group active, and may propose meetups or virtual check-ins if it makes sense. Think of them as the go-to person, ensuring the Circle stays engaged and welcoming.

🙌 ERG Members simply join in to participate, connect, and enjoy the conversation. There’s no extra responsibility—just a chance to be part of a community that shares your interests.

Choose the role that fits your comfort level!
