Drive with Pride was founded in 2019 with the vision that all employees should feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
This Employee Resource Group (ERG) supports Walser's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, two-spirit, and allied (LGBTQIA2S+) employees and customers.

Drive With Pride creates a safe and supportive community for LGBTQIA+ employees, their families, our customers, and the community. We achieve our mission through education and understanding, acknowledging a broad spectrum of beliefs and differences.
While LGBTQ culture is not easily definable, it is about love and acceptance. Drive With Pride works with all parts of our company to achieve our goals and help Walser succeed.
